There are indications that the Managing Director of 5-Star music, Mr. Emeka Okonkwo, aka, E-Money might have fallen victim of the recent seizure of vehicles by the Federal Operations Unit (FOU) Zone ‘A’ of the Nigeria Customs Service.
The billionaire record label owner was spotted at the premises of the FOU last Wednesday, allegedly making move to secure the release of car that belongs to him which was allegedly by the unit.
The business mogul who is also into real estate, freight forwarding, amongst others was spotted at the administrative block of the customs unit, discussing with senior Customs officers and our correspondent later gathered from some Customs officers within the premises that the music maestro visited the unit to negotiate the release of one of the exotic vehicles that were seized.
When contacted on this issue, the Public Relations Officer (PRO) of the unit, Mr. Jerry Attah said he wasn’t aware of the reason E-Money visited, even as he opined that it could be a possibility that his car was among the recently impounded exotic cars.
“It is very possible that his car is one of those seized by FOU, but I don’t know the owners of the cars. I’m not the position to have that information”, he said.
