The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) says 26 ships are expected at the Apapa and Tin Can Island Ports from Aug. 8 to Aug. 22.
It said that the 26 ships were laden with general cargoes, fresh fish, bulk sugar, bulk gypsum, bulk sugar, frozen fish, bulk wheat, and containers carrying different goods.
According to NPA, 17 ships have arrived at the ports waiting to berth with containers, bulk wheat, general cargo and petrol.
NPA also said that no fewer than 22 ships are currently at the ports discharging bulk wheat, vehicles, general cargo, aviation turbine kerosene, containers, petrol, kerosene, frozen fish and bulk sugar.
