He added that the committee will start taking empty containers to the place by Monday.
"Now, we have just set up small because he is ready to bring in an investor. Somewhere at Ijora he has about 10 hectares of land, another place around Ikorodu is between 100 to 200 hectares of land, I think it is starting on Monday", he said.
Explaining further, the NAGAFF Founder said that the plans of the committee is to ensure that empty containers are move to that place and moved through barges to ports.
"And what is he planning to do, all these empty containers that are blocking the roads will be taken to that place and various shipping companies will be giving spaces and barges will be taking those empty containers straight to the ports and be loaded to the ship", he added.
Aniebonam who is also the national chairman of New Nigeria People's Party (NNPP) called on the need for an expansion of the Apapa port access roads.
Aniebonam however decried the non-availability of national carrier, adding that the situation has made most cargoes going out of the country to do that on Free On Board (FOB) bases.
"In case you don't know, as at today the import into this country is on Cost Insurance Freight (CIF) value"
"Every cargo coming into this country is on freight, you must pay but the ones living this country is on Free On Board (FOB), because we don't have our own vessel, you can imagine the amount of money, the country is losing", he added.
