Freight forwarders have said that the movement of vehicles cleared from the Port and Terminal Multiservice Limited known as (PTML) at Mile2 has not been impressive since construction work got to that axis.
The agents last week lamented that clearing of vehicles from the terminal has been witnessing bottlenecks, due to the ongoing construction.

According to customs agents, the road construction which is handled by Julius Berger has made clearing of vehicles from the terminal a bit slow even after customs might have released the vehicle.
Although agents revealed that the situation is temporary because after the road construction, there will be fast movement of vehicles exiting the off-dock terminal.
One of the clearing agents; Mr Isaac Oguh said:"It took me two hours for my car to leave the gate of the terminal because the traffic gridlock outside the main road of Apapa Oshodi was terrible".
"For now the road construction at the terminal in Mile2 has made clearing of vehicles a bit slow, but there is nothing we can do but to endure it because it is for the betterment of everyone", he stated.
But in another development, dealers at the neighbouring automobile markets along the express way have commended the Federal Government for the road construction.
An auto dealer at the Freedom Park, Chief Evans Ngerem lauded the effort of government in fixing the bad road.
According to the dealer, the road construction will help in the free flow of vehicles in and out of the market.
