Council for the Regulation of Freight Forwarding in Nigeria (CRFFN) is currently being infiltrated by touts and miscreants.
The group noticed with concern that, recently,
there has been an increase in the number of unqualified persons being registered by the CRFFN.

The group noticed with concern that, recently,
there has been an increase in the number of unqualified persons being registered by the CRFFN.
In a message forwarded to Shipping Position Daily by the Chairman of RFFF, Chief
Festus Ukwu, he alleged that this is being influenced by certain powerful individuals in the freight forwarding sector.
"The entire clearing, freight forwarding community has noticed with dismay the massive registration of market men, garage boys,
street urchins and all manners of people at the CRFFN office"
"The perpetrators are doing so in view of the forth coming election into the board of the governing council. By all standards, this practice is unacceptable and very condemnable.
The Registered Freight Forwarders forum will always guide against infiltration of unscrupulous people and miscreants into our fold for whatever purpose. All agents are by this notice placed under alert" Ukwu said in the message.
