The fairly-used Renault brand towing equipment from the Netherlands is estimated at about N16 million.
Apart from lifting broken down vehicles along Lagos roads, the state of art tow van can also heavy duty trucks from deep gullies along the road.

Already, NARTO has also redeployed two other similar equipment to Rivers and Kano States respectively as part of the association's drive to reduce the number of broken down vehicles on the nation's highways.
Speaking with Auto Port Weekly in his office in Lagos last week, Executive Secretary of the haulage association; Barrister Emmanuel Gowon said that the donation was to assist the existing fleets of similar equipment by the state adding that it can remove any vehicles irrespective of its size and weight.
The NARTO chief pointed that the equipment has a multi-purpose function.
He said that equipment is not restricted to the port access roads alone, but all the highways in the state.
Gowon added that association will soon deploy more vehicles to some other parts of the country because of the bad roads.
He said NARTO is committed to assisting Nigerians on the challenges faced on the roads.
