The Chief of Naval Staff (CNS), Vice Adm. Usman Jubril, last Saturday said the Nigerian Navy remained committed to its role of defending the country’s territorial waters.
Jubril gave the assurance at the10-kilometre quarterly route march for officers and ratings of the Nigerian Navy in Abuja.
“The public should understand that we are ready to defend them and we are keeping fit to defend them. There is nothing to fear.
