The Redeemer University have commended members of the National Association of Government Approved Freight Forwarders (NAGAFF) for their commitment towards the weekend programme organized by the university in partnership with the Council for the Regulation of Freight Forwarding in Nigeria (CRFFN).
Assistant Coordinator of the programme; Mr. Demola Irinyemi in a chat with Shipping Position Daily last week, confirmed that NAGAFF members always turn up for lectures every Saturday, even as he saluted their commitment to the training.

Irinyemi said that so far, 30 members of the association have graduated from the Certificate Programme and they have moved on to International Diploma.
"The training programme is really gaining momentum, we started with the certificate and now we have moved to the International Diploma and the response is very impressive and encouraging"he affirmed.
He said that the University had equally started the same training programme for Association of Nigeria Licensed Customs Agents (ANLCA) last week Saturday.
Irinyemi said that when the programme started, the Redeemers/ CRFFN had urged all the association's, including ANLCA, NAGAFF, AREFFN and NAFFAC to enrol their members.
"When we started the programme, we were canvassing, we spoke with ANLCA, NAGAFF, AREFFN and NAFFAC, but NAGAFF showed so much interest. A large number of AREFFN members are also coming to NAGAFF for the training"
"We cannot force ANLCA, they are working at their own pace, now that they are ready, the University too is set to run the programme."
"For ANLCA we just started with them but we cannot access them at the moment because we just started with them, we actually started last week Saturday, we are hoping that with time the response will improve."
"But NAGAFF has shown positive attitude towards learning, they are very keen to know more and they are knowing, they are coming up, they are really positioning themselves for the industry", he told our correspondent.
He said that the University is yet to conduct her graduation ceremony for the 30 students because it was waiting for the CRFFN.
"We have not done the graduation traditionally, we are waiting for CRFFN, they are the ones to do it with all involvement on our part. They are about 30 of them and we are having more students"
