Rivers Port Gets New Port Manager

Rivers Port in the Eastern Port axis of Port Harcourt now has a new Port Manager. He is Mr Abdulrahman Lamina.
Lamina takes over from the former Port Manager,  Mrs Eunice Ezeoke, who has since being transferred to Lagos Port Complex Apapa as the Acting Port Manager.
In a brief handing over ceremony at the Port Manager’s Office in Basket House Port Harcourt, the Former Acting Port Manager, Mrs Eunice Ezeoke, who was ably represented by the Head of Department (HOD) ICT, Mr Tokumbo Bamgbalaa congratulated Mr Lamina on his appointment.

She prayed that God should give him good health,  strength and wisdom to enable him take the port to the next level. She also urged him to endeavour to carry everybody along, noting that this will help him to do his work successfully, with all hands on deck.
Responding, Mr Lamina expressed joy and appreciation for the event, and thanked the Managing Director, Alhaji Habib Abdulahi for making his appointment possible.
He called for cooperation and support from the Port management and staff, assuring them of his commitment to ensure staff welfare. He promised that he will take Rivers Port to greater heights.
