100 Ships To Berth In Lagos Ports In October – NPA

One hundred ships are expected to berth in Lagos Ports in October, according to the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA).
The ships are carrying fresh fish, rice, general cargo, base oil, used and new vehicles.
Other cargoes being carried include: steel products, petroleum products, containers and corn.
The authority said that 16 ships were already waiting to berth at various oil terminals.
According to the NPA, the vessels are laden with petrol, aviation fuel, Kerosene and diesel.

It said that the ships were expected to berth at the Atlas Cove Jetty, New Oil Jetty, Single Buoy Mooring and the Ibafo terminal at Apapa.
The authority added that two ships, MV Star Reliance and Mv Bavenit, both carrying rice, were waiting to berth at the ENL Consortium terminal, Apapa.
