An Indian ship captain has been tested positive for COVID-19 and put under isolation after returning from the UK.
The sample of the Captain was sent to CSIR laboratory in Delhi for testing for the new COVID-19 strain B-117.
According to the reports, the Captain had gone to US in November and while returning, his ship briefly visited London.
However, it has been found that the Captain after his return was with his family for ten days and has also attended a wedding.
While the wife has been tested negative, the Captain is under isolation at the COVID-19 hospital.
