On the problem of space for empty containers, the managing director of NPA disclosed that the organisation has discovered an empty space at Tin Can Island that can accommodate about 2,000 containers and also accommodate imported second hand vehicles.
Giving an insight into the efforts to move overtime containers to the storage facilities at Ikorodu, the NPA boss disclosed that the committee moves 35 containers per day, even a she gave assurances that the number can be increased.
