Pirates have attacked a passenger boat in Ibaka Channel in Cross Rivers state.
Reports obtained exclusively by Shipping Position Daily yesterday said that a gang of about 20 armed pirates in two speed boats attacked and boarded a passenger boat at 1245 LT in position 04:37N-008:22E on Monday.
Although, details of the attack were still sketchy, our correspondent learnt that the pirates kidnapped one person, whose identity could not immediately be ascertained
