After about 242 days on medical treatment locally and internationally, on account of ill health, the President, National Association of Government Approved Freight Forwarders (NAGAFF),Mr. Oluwole Adeyemi has been inaugurated formally into office to run the affairs of the association.
Oluwole is the 4th national president of NAGAFF and was appointed by the association last year, but ill health has affected his performance.
The inauguration, which is currently on-going has in attendance representatives of other associations, including top members of NCMDLCA ,Odua Maritime Group, officials of CRFFN and Nigerian Shippers Council and others.
The formal inauguration also has past presidents of the association, including, Chief Boniface Aniebonam and Dr Eugene Nweke.
Speaking during the inaguration, acting President and Board Of Trustees Chairman of NAGAFF; Chief Chidiebere Enelama stressed the need for the president to uphold insurance benefit for members of the association.
The BOT chairman stressed the need for the President to inject fresh blood into the association, adding that the youth will add more value to the growth of NAGAFF.
He also charged the president to be transparent while dealing with members of the association.
