A statement from the company’s marketing and communications manager, Mrs. Olufunke Ayodele stated that zero interest financing allows desiring Nissan patrons to finance their purchases through banks or any other lending financial institutions without paying interest.

The company recently re-launched the scheme at all its retail outlet in Lagos state. Sun Motor Limited is the sole distributor of vehicles brands including: Nissan X Terra, Pathfinder, Maxima, Sentra, Quest and so on.
The statement said "in 2008, Sun Motors earned reputation for excellence, increasing Nissan market share through her sales ingenuity which earned her incentive, 'Zero interest financing' and the 'buy now, pay later' roll-over prize campaigns outstanding awards."
She however added that a quick-witted marketing team has been saddled with the responsibility of delivering on the company's mid-term goals.
