The Maritime Workers Union of Nigeria (MWUN) has expressed its congratulations to the newly- appointed Registrar and Chief Executive Officer of the Council for the Regulation of Freight Forwarding in Nigeria (CRFFN); Mr Kingsley Igwe
In a letter signed by Comrade Oniha Erazua, the Union’s Deputy Secretary General, the MWUN commended the new appointee’s extensive experience and commitment to advancing Nigeria’s freight forwarding sector, noting the appointment as a testament to his exceptional leadership qualities and dedication to the industry.
According to MWUN, the appointee’s background, particularly his tenure as the National Secretary of the National Association of Government Approved Freight Forwarders (NAGAFF), underscores his significant contributions to freight forwarding and industry-wide development.
MWUN believes that the new Registrar’s expertise and vision will help elevate the regulatory body to new heights, ensuring a more professional and efficient freight forwarding landscape in Nigeria.
“The Maritime Workers Union of Nigeria has closely followed your progress and contributions to the industry, especially during your years of service at NAGAFF. We are confident that your appointment will foster greater synergy among stakeholders, promote professionalism, and enhance the overall efficiency of freight forwarding operations in Nigeria,” the letter reads.
