In a strategic move to unlock Nigeria’s vast maritime potential, the Executive Secretary/CEO of the Nigerian Shippers’ Council,Dr Akutah Pius Ukeyima has paid a visit to the Director General of the World Trade Organization, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala.
Their discussions centered on the critical challenges facing the shipping industry, port operations, and the broader maritime sector, as well as key aspects of international trade that impact Nigeria’s economy.
The discussion also explored potential solutions and identified new opportunities for sector development.
