Anticipating the digital age early in his career, he also secured a Post-Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Computer Science from the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU), Bauchi.

Following his successful transition into private consultancy after his retirement, Ambassador Suleiman is now deploying his wealth of experience into the political arena, contesting for the governorship of Adamawa State under the ADC banner.
