President Muhammadu Buhari has finally approved the disbursement of the Cabotage Vessel Financing Fund (CVFF) with immediate effect.
Disclosing this today during the passing out parade of cadets of the Nigerian Seafarers Development Programme (NSDP), the minister of transportation; Muazu Jaaji stated that the President approved the disbursement following convictions that the money belongs to shipowners
