The Apapa Command of the Nigeria Customs Service yesterday got a new Area Comptroller; Compt. Willy Egbudin.
At a closed door handing-over ceremony which took place at the command yesterday, Egbudin took over the reins of leadership from the Acting CAC, Deputy Comptroller Gwani Maitizumahs.
Speaking with Shipping Position Daily, Public Relations Officer of Apapa Customs, Mr. Emmanuel Ekpa said that the Comptroller was alone with his predecessor during the signing of documents because he craved privacy.
Comptroller Willy Egbudin moves from Enforcement, Investigation & Inspection unit at the Customs headquarters to Apapa Area Command.
In the same vein, Public Relations Officer of Tin Can Command of Customs, Mr. Chris Osunkwo told our correspondent that the command’s Comptroller, Mr. Jibrin Zakari has prepared his handing over note and is only awaiting his successor; Bashir Yussuf.
