The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) says 22 ships laden with petroleum products, food and other goods will berth at Apapa and Tin Can Island Ports from June 10 to June 26.
It said that two of the ships would sail in with bulk gypsum, while 20 other ships would bring in general cargo, buckwheat, bulk sugar, and containers carrying different goods.
The NPA added that six ships which arrived the ports earlier, were waiting to berth with frozen fish and petrol.
It said that 19 ships are currently discharging bulk sugar, bulk fertiliser , soya beans, bulk wheat, butane gas, general cargo, aviation fuel, kerosene, empty containers and container.
