Tata Africa Service Limited, markers of Tata brands of vehicles has unveiled the new Tata Indigo GLX 2010 model. The new Tata Indigo GLX was unveiled exclusively to Auto Port Weekly at the company’s head office along the Apapa Oshodi Expressway in Lagos last week.
The new Tata Indigo is designed to compete with other saloon cars like: Nissan Tiida, Kia Rio, Hyundai Accent and Chevrolet.

The company’s Pre- delivery Inspection officer, Matthew Oluwaseun told Auto Port Weekly that the Tata Indigo is designed for the middle class citizens of the country who cannot afford want is obtainable by the upper class. ‘’Since the middle class can’t afford what the upper class has, then they can go for the Indigo GLX’’, he stressed.
The PDI officer said, the car is durable, strong and rugged for Nigerian roads adding that all that is required is by abide to the car guide and manual. He added that in India, before the revolution the country has very bad roads and that all Indian vehicles are designed to be strong as they have designed their vehicles to meet all standards of ruggedness.
The Tata Indigo comes in different attractive colours which could make it irresistible to all car freaks; the interior of the vehicle is attractive with a comfortable and spacious for extreme comfort for passengers and drivers. The car offers an interior that can easily sit four adults; excluding the driver with reasonable sitting comfort for all.
