Ahead of the NLC delegate conference closing today in Abuja, the coast appears clear for the President General of Maritime Workers Union of Nigeria, Comrade Adewale Adeyanju to emerge as the Congress Deputy President.
As at the close of nomination yesterday, Adeyanju is the sole candidate for the post of Deputy President of NLC.
There are indications also that Comrade Joe Ajaero of the National Union of Electricity Employees (NUEE) may emerge as the New President of NLC.
