The Lagos Area Manager of the National Inland Waterways Authority (NIWA), Engr. Sarat Braimah has bagged a doctorate degree in Philosophy of Science, from Prowess University, Delaware; a United States based University.
Recall that the Nigerian Society of Engineers (FNSE) recently awarded Engr Sarat Braimah as Fellow which is the highest level of professional attainment in organised Engineering ecosystem in Nigeria.
An official statement made available to our correspondent, noted that weeks after the glorious investiture as Fellow of the prestigious Nigerian Society of Engineers, the NIWA Boss now wears the gown of Delaware, United States based Prowess University as its Doctorate Degree holder in philosophy of science, Honoris causa.
