DB Schenker has acquired 100% of the shares of long-term partner Euro-Line Panamericana in Panama and will form a new subsidiary under the name of Schenker (Panama).
Euro-Line is one of the country’s leading freight forwarders for ocean imports.
The new subsidiary will have offices in Panama City, Colon Free Zone and at the airport and two 1,500sq metre warehouses in Colon Free Zone, as well as some some 60 employees.
