Sixty Four ships carrying various cargoes are expected to berth at Lagos ports between Aug. 18 and Sept. 16, according to the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA).
The NPA’s official document of the daily berthing meeting, indicated that 28 of the ships would come in this week.
It added that the ships would sail into the ports with goods such as used and new vehicles as well as fish.
Also listed were bulk wheat, bulk clinker, bulk urea, rice, general cargo, bulk malt, steel products, containers and petroleum products.

According to the NPA, 12 ships laden with rice, bulk wheat, fertiliser, rice, general cargo, soda ash and fish are already waiting to berth.
