NAGAFF Calls For Prayers On Behalf Of ANLCA

The National Association of Government Approved Freight Forwarders (NAGAFF) has called for prayers on behalf of it’s sister association, Association of Nigeria Licensed Customs Agents (ANLCA) over the lingering crisis among the Board members of the association.

NAGAFF & ANLCA

In a letter signed by the National Publicity Secretary of the association NAGAFF noted that the peace in NAGAFF is some how breading jealousy among some members of ANLCA which NAGAFF described as inconsequential.

NAGAFF who questioned what the Board of Trustees of ANLCA got to do with the general administration of an association other than the obligations of advisory role and Custodian of assets and liabilities said NAGAFF affirm to ANLCA as a sister Association under the leadership of Hon Tony Iju and his National Executive Committee(NECOM) members and to stand side by side with them to serve the freight forwarding family in Nigeria

NAGAFF also responding to the recent press briefing where the ANLCA Western zone questioned the new romance between NAGAFF and ANLCA said great minds in the ANLCA and other stakeholders have over time visited NAGAFF village on a working visit and personal engagement in search of knowledge and socials which includes Late Alhaji Sanni Shittu, Senator Sanni Kamba, Alhaji Olayiwola Shittu, Hon Tony Iju, Prince Taiye Oyeniyi, Prince Ozo Chukwurah, Dr Kayode Farinto, Dr Obicee Okonkwo, Barr Ada Akpunonu, Chief Alloy Agu, High Chief OyeAriyo among others.

NAGAFF also noted that It is most unfortunate that some of ANLCA members do not realise the political advantage of Hon Tony Iju Nwabunike to the Association.

“It is indeed disheartening that the lingering crisis among the Board members of the Association of Nigeria Licensed Customs Agents(ANLCA)have persisted avoidably. It holds to ask if members of the Board and ANLCA as an Association do not know that the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) is the arbiter on all matters connected to the Incorporated Trustees of every Association. And so why is it that members of the Board have not approached the CAC for clarification specifically to given bite to a court judgment, on this matter.

“Indeed,it is equally responsible to ask ANLCA members what has Board of Trustees got to do with the general administration of an Association other than the obligations of advisory role and Custodian of assets and liabilities.

“Indeed, we affirm to ANLCA as a sister Association under the leadership of Hon Tony Iju and his National Executive Committee(NECOM) members that we stand side by side with them to serve the freight forwarding family in Nigeria.

“And for the avoidance of doubt, it is most unfortunate that some inconsequential in ANLCA have been engaged in the blackmail of respected personalities but the fact remains that the real wise and great men of ANLCA have been doing great things in fostering good friendship and brotherhood with other sisters associations.

“It is in the visitors register kept at NAGAFF HQRS that great minds in ANLCA and other stakeholders have visited NAGAFF HQRS on a working visit and personal engagement in search of knowledge and socials. These shall include but not limited to Late Alhaji Sanni Shittu, Senator Sanni Kamba, Alhaji Olayiwola Shittu, Hon Tony Iju, Prince Taiye Oyeniyi, Prince Ozo Chukwurah, Dr Kayode Farinto, Dr Obicee Okonkwo, Barr Ada Akpunonu, CHIEF Alloy Agu, High Chief Oye Ariyo etc.The list is endless.

“And so, the little minds in ANLCA should gain momentum of joining the process of a new NIGERIA of our dreams. The Illegal Press Conference of some disgruntled members of ANLCA were noted but it is our hope that NECOM of ANLCA should sustain and consolidate the success so far made for the peace and progress of freight forwarding profession in Nigeria.

” We shall continue to pray for the peace of our sister Associations and the wisdom of God always. It is most unfortunate that some of ANLCA members do not realise the political advantage of Hon Tony Iju Nwabunike to the Association.

“The unnecessary tantrums of some delusional members of ANLCA against some notable personalities in the freight forwarding industry notwithstanding, NAGAFF is using this medium for all lovers of peace and tranquility in the freight forwarding industry to always, put the leadership of the National Executive Committee (NECOM) under Hon. Tony Iju Nwabunike in prayers for God to uphold and protect them from the evil machinations of enemies of good relationship.

“The NAGAFF High Command hereby directs that no officer of NAGAFF should join issues in the media against any individual member of ANLCA because that is simply conferring underserved popularity on the inconsequentials. For use, we shall continue to work in harmony and collaboration with all our sisters’ Associations for the advancement of freight forwarding profession in Nigeria.

“All NAGAFF members must realise that the peace in NAGAFF is somehow breading jealousy which is human with human behavior. Indeed, the inconsequentials in ANLCA are not exception” the statement reads.
