The Nigerian Ports Consultative Council (NPCC) has inaugurated a seven-member Board of Trustees (BoT) to strengthen its advocacy, advisory, arbitration, and consulting efforts aimed at improving efficiency in Nigeria’s port system.
The newly constituted board is chaired by Mr. Bolaji Sunmola, with Mrs. Jean Chiazor Anishere, SAN, as Secretary. Other members include Alhaji Abayomi Adigun, Mrs. Chinwe Ezenwa, Mallam Bello Hassan, Mallam Bello Gwandu, and Alhaji Muhammed Bambado.
The BoT will spearhead NPCC’s mandate, supported by specialized committees led by professionals in various disciplines. These committees will play a key role in shaping policy frameworks that drive the development and modernization of Nigeria’s ports.
The NPCC operates from its head office at the Federal Ministry of Justice Lagos Liaison Office Complex, 20 Marina, Lagos.
