All freight forwarding associations in the industry which include Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents (ANLCA), National Association of Government Approved Freight Forwarders (NAGAFF), Association of Registered Freight Forwarders of Nigeria (AREFN), National Council of Managing Director of Licensed Customs Agents (NCMDLCA), National Association of Air Freight Forwarders and Consolidators (NAFFAC) are set to hold a town hall meeting on challenges militating against cargo clearance at the port.
The event slated for Monday 22nd of May has the theme “Way Forward On Challenges Militating Against Cargo Clearance”
One of the event organizers who is also the National Publicity Secretary of NAGAFF, Mr. C.C Iwegbuna Omenma who spoke to our correspondent the noted that the event is expected to be attended by all freight forwarders in the industry, as he said the meeting will discuss the way forward for cargo clearance at the ports.
