The National Association of Government Approved Freight Forwarders (NAGAFF) has advised the Nigeria Customs Service to collaborate with all stakeholders in the implementation of National Single Window (NSW) policy.
Secretary General of NAGAFF, Mr Increase Uche, said in Lagos last weekend in Lagos that “it is a must for all the stakeholders to key into the NSW ’’.

“Looking from the first edition of the manual guide of the single window, it was discovered that it doesn’t seem to capture the entire stakeholders, particularly the freight forwarding industry,'' he said.
He, however, described freight forwarders as one of the key players in the industry that should be carried along.
Uche said that the single window was all about logistics and supply chain, stressing that freight forwarders interfaced with all other agencies in the ports.
“If our council is not recognised and if it will not be one of those that will have access to the SW facilities, it is unacceptable, ‘’ he said.
