About 10 years after its formation, the National Executive Council (NEC) of the National Association of Government Approved Freight Forwarders, (NAGAFF), has been dissolved. The association was established under part C of Decree 1 of 1990.

A signed statement by the NAGFF founder, Dr Boniface Aniebonam, said that the NEC of NAGAFF was dissolved by the Board of Trustees  at a meeting held last week and that all the founding fathers of NAGAFF should vacate their present positions in the National Executive Council and be moved to the Board of Trustees of the association.

Consequently, the immediate past national president of NAGAFF, Mr  Usman Sanusi has been elected as the chairman of the Board of Trustees, even as the new NEC is expected to hold office for three years after which elections are expected to be conducted.
