The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) will battle Kenya Commercial Bank Volleyball Club (KCB), in the round of 16 at the African Women’s Volleyball Championship on Tuesday in Abuja.
The matchup heralds the knockout phase of the ongoing tournament, which features 16 top teams from across Africa divided into four pools.
In the group phase, NCS slugged it out in Pool A alongside Armee Patriotiwue Rwandaise Volleyball Club (APR), Mayo Kani Evolution (MKE) and club Femini De Carthage (CFC ) of Tunisia.
While, the second team representing Nigeria, Chief of Naval staff( CNS) Spikers were in pool B alongside Zamalek Sporting Club (ZMK) of Egypt, Kenya Prisons Volleyball Club (PRI) of Kenya, and Spiking Stars Volleyball (SSV) of Botswana.
The Round of 16 fixtures shows that NCS will face KCB by 6p.m. on Tuesday at the Indoor sports hall of the Moshood Abiola National Stadium, Abuja.
While CNS will face Litto Team Volleyball (LTV) of Cameroon by noon.

The NCS, team, finished fourth in the 2021 championship.
The tournament serves as the continental qualifier for the FIVB 2025 Volleyball Women’s Club Championship.
16 teams are participating in the championship holding between April 1 and 14.
