The tank farm which was recently constructed along the axis had commenced the loading of products last week Thursday after it was inspected by the DPR.
The source told our correspondent that the DPR had declared that it is encouraging more marketers to construct tank farms in order to assist government to make fuel available to the masses.
According to him, the DPR had equally encouraged the Energy Network to commence loading of kerosene and diesel during the day and load fuel at night.
"DPR has just given approval to the Energy Network to load PMS, they are really encouraging the depot owners to build more and circulate the product", he added.
"It is true that the federal government is encouraging the building of refineries, but all over the world it is known that whatever government puts hand in does not always succeed, because of Federal Character" the source disclosed.
He pointed out that more tank farms are currently being constructed around Satelite town in Lagos and more around the Kirikiri axis of Lagos
