The National Association of Government Approved Freight Forwarders (NAGAFF) has constituted a five-member electoral commission to work out details of the association’s coming elections.
A statement that was sent to Shipping Position Daily and which was signed by the association’s President, Chief Eugene Nweke gave identities of the committee members to include: Mr Okey Nerus as Chairman and Mr Dipo Olayoku as Secretary.

Other members are: Mr Henry Olarotimi, Mr Donatus Ofoma and Mrs Kate A. Oghagbon.
In the statement, the association’s president stressed that, woth the constitution of the electoral committee, “the journey to another electioneering process has commenced”.
He added that the electoral body is expected to come up with modus operandi for the elections and brief members of the association at the Annual General Meeting (AGM), which according to him, is slated for December, 2013.
He also hinted that elections would hold within the first quarter of 2014, and added that” by this announcement, the coast is now clear for members interested in contesting for any position in the association to commence activities towards realizing this dream”.
