Mr. Jama Onwubuariri: Managing Director, Trucks Transit Parks Limited

The TTP is renowned for its proprietary software, Eto app; an electronic call-up system that has contributed to decongesting traffic in and around the Apapa and Tincan Island ecosystem.

Even though the company was silent on the source of the rumor, it nevertheless urged the public to disregard any rumour of change in its leadership.

The company, in a statement signed by its spokesperson; Nancy Nnamdi affirmed that its co-founder; Mr. Jama Onwubuariri remains the Managing Director of the company and that no legal process for a change in management has been initiated.

In the statement, the spokesperson of the TTP said: “The entire board of directors of the company as filed and certified with the Corporate Affairs Commission remains intact. You can confirm our management team details on the About Us section of our website, www.ttp.com.ng.

“The public is therefore advised to disregard any information or anyone claiming that a change in the composition of the board of directors of the company has taken place, and further disregard anyone posing as the new Managing Director of the Company; whether in a substantive or acting capacity.

Confirming the eto app efficiency, the statement boasted that, “Since the launch of the truck call-up system in February 2021, the Company has recorded significant strides in traffic management, deploying its traffic management technology Èto to solve, the perennial challenge of traffic gridlock in Apapa and its environs. This has also led to significant improvement in cargo evacuation from the ports”.

It added that, TTP’s 24/7 operational support to the maritime ecosystem in Apapa remains uninterrupted”.
