The company was issued the two certificates simultaneously in November 2020, after going through an eleven months extensive audit supervised by the Professional Evaluation and Certification Board (PECB), an accredited ISO certification body.

This feat by West Blue Consulting further testifies to the company’s commitment to deliver quality business outcomes and safeguard sensitive information for customers and stakeholders. It also sets the business apart from competitors in the trade facilitation industry as “leader of the pack”.

Head of Audit, Risk & Compliance, West Blue Consulting, Prince Atsu Tsamenyi, remarked that through this international recognition, the company would sustain the culture of continuous improvement that is performance driven, manage risk and create an information secured environment for its software development projects.

ISO 27001:2013 is the international standard that sets out the specifications for an information security management system. Its best practice approach helps organizations manage risks to their information security by addressing people, processes and technology as well as protecting the information of customers and employees.
