The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) said yesterday that 84 ships, carrying various products, would sail into the Lagos ports from June 11 to June 29.
This was contained in its daily publication of the outcome of berthing meeting, made available to newsmen in Lagos.
The publication disclosed that the ships would be coming with petroleum products, bulk fertiliser, new and used vehicles, rice, bulk malt, maize and frozen fish.

The publication disclosed that the ships would be coming with petroleum products, bulk fertiliser, new and used vehicles, rice, bulk malt, maize and frozen fish.
It said that some of the ships would also carry steel products, bulk salt, steel products, general cargo, bulk sugar, bulk gypsum, bulk wheat and crude palm-oil.
The publication said that five other ships, laden with bulk salt, bulk wheat, bulk sugar and bulk fertilizer, were waiting to berth at the Josep Dam Terminal and the Apapa Bulk Terminals Ltd.
It also said that 11 fuel laden ships were also waiting to berth and discharge kerosene and petrol.
“The ships are to berth at Single Buoy Mooring (SBM), New Oil Jetty (NOJ), Atlas Cove Jetty (ACJ) and Bulk Oil Plant (BOP) terminals,“ it stated.
