The Nigerian Shippers’ Council (NSC) has donated an 18-seater bus to Nigeria Maritime Law Association (NMLA).
While handing over the key of the vehicle to the Secretary of NMLA, the Executive Secretary of the Council, Mr. Hassan Bello said the donation was in fulfillment of the Council’s Corporate Social Responsibility and the need to support its critical stakeholders.
He enjoined the association to make a judicious use of the bus.
Receiving the key of the bus from the Shippers Council boss, the Secretary of Nigeria Maritime Law Association, Mr. Emeka Akagbogu, expressed the association’s profound appreciation to the Council’s management for providing a logistics support to the association.
He assured the management of NSC of robust working relationship with NMLA.
It would be recalled that the Council had earlier donated a Toyota Hilux van to the Maritime Police Command to aid operations at the ports.
