Truck Transit Park (TTP) Limited, managers of the electronic call-up system, has said the platform has recorded over 1,165,000 processed truck bookings in the last two years via the eto management system.

The company, while highlighting some of its achievements in the last two years of its existence in the industry, stated that over 85,000 trucks have so far registered on the eto platform with about 10,498 users. TTP added that it has created over 90 parks in that are now fully electronically connected

Speaking on Thursday at a media parley to mark its two years anniversary, the Managing Director and Co-Founder of TTP, Mr. Jama Onwubuariri said, “We are proud to mark this milestone, and to see the positive impact that our technology has had on the industry,”

He added that: “the commitment to delivering innovative solutions has allowed us to revolutionize the way that cargo is transported in and out of Lagos ports, and we are confident that our continued growth and success will bring even greater benefits to the industry in the years to come”.

He further said TTP has made a profound impact on the logistics and transportation industry, delivering innovative solutions that streamline the cargo movement process, reduce congestion, and improve the overall efficiency of port operations.

He explained that the TTP’s flagship product; eto has successfully reduced traffic around the port corridors, resulting in a significant improvement in the average turnaround time for port-bound trucks from an average of two weeks to just three days.

He attributed the significant massive reduction in the cost of moving cargo to the company’s technology driven method, while also informing that the cost of cargo movement has significantly reduced by 65% thereby providing significant cost savings to businesses and improving the competitiveness of the Nigerian economy.

He added that, “as the company looks ahead to the future, it remains focused on delivering cutting-edge technology and excellent service delivery and is committed to improving the efficiency and competitiveness of the Nigerian economy.”
