Leading player in the oil and gas sector, AP Plc has introduced new fibre synthetic transparent composite cylinders into Nigerian market.
While performing the official launching of the new cylinder in Lagos recently, chairman of the company, Mr. Femi Otedola, who was obviously elated stated that introducing the transparent cylinder was I pursuit of the company’s mission to provide quality products and services using high standards and global best practices.
According to him, the new transparent cylinders are user-friendly and enable users to monitor their gas usage.
Stressing the importance of the new addition to AP Plc products family, Otedola declared that “LPG has always been an important segment of our business and as part of our renewed drive to take advantage of the potentials of LPG marketing in Nigeria; our obsolete plant has been replaced with a modern plant. At present, we have three LPG plants in Lagos, Kano and Port Harcourt, with plans to establish new ones in Abuja, Kaduna and Ibadan. Meanwhile, we have just taken delivery of two new mobile filling plants to be deployed in Port Harcourt and Kano."
He assured that his company was to collaborate with government, corporate bodies and relevant organisations in the campaign for the use of LPG in homes across the country.
He however assured of AP’s commitment to working closely with government, corporate bodies and associations to mount a campaign for LPG usage to enhance public health and the protection of the environment.
