While the PICOMSS boss is the new chairman of the board of National Oil Spill & Detection Response Agency, another notable industry player; Chief Francis Adenigba Fadahunsi (a former Assistant Comptroller General of Customs) is the new chairman of Cocoa Research Institute of Nigeria (CRFIN).
Also, a former minister of transport; Alhaji Ibrahim Bio was appointed as the chairman of the board of Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission (NIPC).
Headquartered in Port Harcourt, Rivers state, the Federal Government established the National Oil Spill Detection and Response Agency as an institutional framework to implement the National Oil Spill Contingency Plan, which was initiated in 2006.

On its own, the Cocoa Research Institute of Nigeria (CRIN) was established in Ibadan, Oyo State on 1st December, 1964 as a successor autonomous research organization to the Nigerian substation of the defunct West African Cocoa Research Institute (WACRI)

The services are provided in a co-ordinated, streamlined, efficient and transparent manner to meet the needs of investors.
