Anti aging is possible. The body is designed to heal and repair itself with the aid of proper nutrition. The body requires two vital materials to complete this – energy and raw material. These two requirements are needed to maintain the cell’s proper functions. The body is made up of cells and all cells are living. All living things need food. Each cell needs the proper food to keep it strong. Cells die and replace themselves at various intervals. To understand anti-aging, understand that when a cell replaces itself it has three options that it can replace itself with:
1. A cell may replace itself with a weaker cell each time. A cell will do this if it hasn’t had the right nutritional foods available to it. This process is called degeneration. It is called ageing
2. A cell can replace itself with the same strength cell. This means the body doesn’t improve. That is, you have a chronic condition.
3. The cell is capable of replacing itself with a stronger and better cell. This will happen only if the cell has an abundance of energy and the right raw materials. This process is called regeneration. It is anti-ageing.
Many of the foods that we have been told are good for us in actual fact may cause degeneration, that is they cam make to age faster than we pray for. This can be shown by muscle testing. Your kinesiology can supply you with information on which foods to avoid to stop degeneration, and which foods to buy to aid regeneration and anti-ageing.
The following foods should be taken moderately or avoided to slow down the ageing process. Foods which usually cause degeneration and aging are:
Foods that can cause ageing:
•High levels of carbohydrate
•Milk (especially homogenized
milk) and cheese
•Caffeine – Including Tea, Coffee,
•Chocolate (it contains dangerous
levels of lead!)
•Chemicals such as fluoride (which is a rat poison)
•Monosodium glutamate (MSG)
•Moderate to high levels of meat
•Meat from animals on unnatural
diets (especially, pork)
•Cotton seed oil
•Oil that is not cold pressed / expeller
pressed (use olive oil, butter or ghee)
•Deep fried foods
•Chips / French fries
•Soy products other than soy sauce,
miso and tofu (eg soy milk & soy oil)
•Meat and eggs raised by ‘normal’
methods which have many toxins and
•Seafood which are garbage eaters (eg
•Foods with high levels of mercury. This
includes most fish, such as tuna.
•Aluminium. Especially from aluminium
•Genetically modified foods
How sugar can ruin your health In addition to throwing off the body’s homeostasis, excess sugar may result in a number of other significant consequences. The following is a listing of some of sugar’s metabolic consequences. .They are complied from a variety of medical journals and other scientific publications.
1.Sugar can suppress your immune system and impair your defences against infectious disease.
2.Sugar upsets the mineral relationships in your body: causes chromium and copper deficiencies and interferes with absorption of calcium and magnesium.
3.Sugar can cause a rapid rise of adrenaline, hyperactivity, anxiety, difficulty concentrating, and crankiness in children.
4.Sugar can produce a significant rise in total cholesterol, triglycerides and bad cholesterol and a decrease in good cholesterol.
5.Sugar causes a loss of tissue elasticity and function.
6.Sugar feeds cancer cells and has been connected with the development of cancer of the breast, ovaries, prostate, rectum, pancreas, biliary tract, lung, gallbladder and stomach.
7. Sugar can increase fasting levels of glucose and can cause reactive hypoglycemia.
8. Sugar can weaken eyesight.
9. Sugar can cause many problems with the gastrointestinal tract including: an acidic digestive tract, indigestion, mal-absorption in patients with functional bowel disease, increased risk of Crohn’s disease, and ulcerative colitis.
10. Sugar can cause premature aging.
11. Sugar can cause your saliva to become acidic, tooth decay, and periodontal disease.
Caffeine is in coffee, black tea, green
tea, oolong tea, ‘decaffeinated’ coffee and tea, chocolate, colas, chuppa-chups, many sodas, some drugs, most ‘energy’ drinks and guarana.
Caffeine is also a major cause of heart attacks and cancer.
•Percolated coffee has about 120 mg of caffeine
•Black tea has about 70 mg of caffeine
•Green tea about 35 mg of caffeine
•Leading colas 45 mg of caffeine
•Mountain dew 54 mg of caffeine
•Brewed decaf has 5 mg of caffeine
•Milk chocolate has 6 mg per ounce
•Baking chocolate has 35 mg per ounce.
Microwave oven foods
You probably did not know that heating prepared meats in a microwave sufficiently for human consumption creates: Nitrosodiethanolamine (a well-known cancer-causing agent), destabilization of active protein bio molecular compounds, creation of a binding effect to radioactivity in the atmosphere, creation of cancer-causing agents within protein-hydrosylate compounds in milk and cereal grains;
*Microwave emissions also caused alteration in the catabolic (breakdown) behavior of glucoside – and galactoside – elements within frozen fruits when thawed in this way;
*Microwaves altered catabolic behavior of plant-alkaloids when raw, cooked or frozen vegetables were exposed for even very short periods;
Cancer-causing free radicals were formed within certain trace-mineral molecular formations in plant substances, especially in raw root vegetables;
*Ingestion of micro-waved foods caused a higher percentage of cancerous cells in blood;
*Standing in front of a microwave is also highly damaging to your health. Perhaps you have already felt this intuitively? We know that cells explode in the microwave – just fry an egg in your microwave. We are made up of trillions of cells. So work out how many are getting damaged if you stand in front of your microwave for 5-10 minutes.
Another major cause of aging is heavy metals. Virtually all of us suffer from heavy metal toxicity.
