The Lagos Aviation and Maritime Business Academy (LAMB) says that is it set to commence activities for its 2012/2013 academic session, even as it has announced that it is offering admission for national innovation diploma and other national diploma programmes.
According to the academy which says that it is in affiliation with some universities in Nigeria, it offers courses in shipping management with specialization in tanker management, petroleum management, port operation and dry cargo vessel management.

According to the academy which says that it is in affiliation with some universities in Nigeria, it offers courses in shipping management with specialization in tanker management, petroleum management, port operation and dry cargo vessel management.
Others include: marine engineering and nautical science, security technology and safety management with options in aviation security management, airport management and passenger handling, seaport security management, public security management among others.
Our correspondent also gathered that the academy has structured its lecture schedule into full time and part time with the availability of hostel, fast track programmes as well as an opportunity for employment.
“Post- graduate diploma and MBA in conjunction with universities is also available in maritime management technology, transport management technology, logistics management technology and aviation management technology. The form closes on July 20, 2012” the document reads.
