Recall that there has been a lingering crisis between the National Executive Committee (NECOM) and the Board of Trustees of the association following alleged refusal of the NECOM to obey court order recognizing the Taiwo Mustapha led faction as the genuine BOT of the association.
Nwabunike had said recently that jail term awaits anyone who parades himself as member of the board following the court ruling.
