The management of Port and Terminal Multiservices Limited has been commended by importers and automobile traders at the Freedom park in Mile 2,Lagos state on the establishment of its off dock facilities at the popular Mile 2 area, very close to the port city of Apapa.
The operators have said that since the setting up of the vehicular terminal, there has been an upsurge in the number of prospective customers at the strategic automobile market.

The operators have said that since the setting up of the vehicular terminal, there has been an upsurge in the number of prospective customers at the strategic automobile market.
Freedom Park is notable for the sales of fairly used vehicles and it is an extension of the popular Berger Automobile market, on the Apapa Oshodi Expressway in Lagos State.
According to the operators, the PTML Mile 2 off-dock terminal is a strategic point for automobile business.
Auto Port Weekly also confirmed that there has been a cordial relationship between the automobile dealers,clearing agents and importers for the purpose of buying and selling of vehicles after being cleared from the terminal.
An importer; Chief Evans Ogbonna told our correspondent last week that the setting up of the vehicle terminal is a major boost to operations at Freedom park.
Ogbonna said some of the dealers at the automobile market take advantage of the proximity to the terminal and buy vehicles from the importers at an affordable price.
He revealed that the terminal has made the market to become more popular in terms of creating awareness for customers and prospective buyers.
The importer added that both parties have benefited immensely from the terminal , even as he urged all stakeholders operating at the Mile 2 terminal to be law-abiding adding that everyone should embrace peace.
On his part, a chieftain of the Freedom automobile market; Mr. Chuks Anosike commended the management of the off-dock facility.
Anosike noted that the terminal has created an avenue for the park to be exposed to many buyers and sellers of used vehicles.
He added that clearing agents have also been instrumental to the sales of cleared vehicles to dealers on behalf of their importers.
The automobile trader also urged the terminal operator to put in place facility that will make the place more conducive for those that have businesses to executive at the Mile 2 terminal.
